Why do my e-mails end up in SPAM?

Reasons why your emails may end up in spam are that you have not stored an SPF, DKIM and DMARC entry in the TXT records. We recommend that you set up these three TXT records, as this reduces the likelihood of your emails ending up in spam. We cannot rule out the possibility that your emails will no longer end up in spam 100% of the time, but it will be significantly reduced. We will show you how to set up the following entries here:

SPF

Host: deinedomain.eu
Content: v=spf1 +mx +a include:_spf.mail.hostserv.eu ~all
TTL: Does not matter

You can find out more about SPF in this FAQ article.

DKIM

You can read how to set up the DKIM record here .

With DKIM you need two TXT records:

DKIM TXT 1

Type: TXT
Host: default._domainkey.yourdomain.eu
Content: v=DKIM1; ….. up to and including QAB;
TTL: 3600

DKIM TXT 2

Type: TXT
Host: _domainkey.yourdomain.eu
Content: o=-
TTL: 3600

DMARC

The DMARC DNS entry is automatically added by us, unless the domain is transferred and not re-registered. A DMARC entry normally looks like this:
Host: _dmarc.deinedomain.eu
Content: v=DMARC1; p=reject; pct=100
