How can support be contacted by phone?

Customers with Basic and Platinum support can reach us by phone during the following times: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 16:00. You can find the phone number here:

emergency
We don’t have an emergency phone number.
In an emergency, you can reach the employee on call by creating an emergency request in your myhosttech customer center via the ticket system.
The employee on call responds within a maximum of 20 minutes.

When creating the emergency request, pay attention to the description of what counts as an emergency.

If our business support is available to you, you can reach us on a separate phone number, which you can find on your access data sheet.
You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
