The automatic backup feature is not enabled on our hosting and reseller servers. The way the solution has been implemented in the product by the control panel manufacturer, it is not performant enough to be used without a severe impact on the overall performance (e.g. page views, work in the control panel).
However, this does not mean that your data is not backed up. We ourselves create backups of your data. In our article“Are backups created by hosttech?” we explain what options you have, respectively what we already do for you automatically.
