How can I downgrade my web hosting?

If desired, a web hosting account can be manually downgraded to a smaller package. You will be charged the new hosting price with the next regular renewal. Note that fees already paid for the old hosting cannot be refunded.

A one-off processing fee of CHF 15.90 / EUR 9.90 is due for a downgrade.
