New hosttech SPAM mail solution

With our new spam solution, you should receive less to no spam. If you still receive spam, please do not proceed as with the old solution, i.e. mark the mail as spam or move it to spam. The new solution cannot do anything with this information.
If you receive spam mails with our new solution, please proceed as follows: Copy the header information or the EML file and send it via ticket to hosttech Technical Support.
This is then a so-called false-positive, which Support can have checked with the specialist team.
Our new spam solution comes from an external provider of ours and sets the rules, which we have no access to. hosttech can, on request, tag the rejected spam mails specific to your domain and send them to the spam mail folder or let them through. We advise against this, as any spam mails will then end up in your spam folder.
