In this article we explain how to activate DNSSEC.

Enable DNSSEC with hosttech nameserver:
- Log into your myhosttech customer center, go to domains> domain center> DNSSEC and click (if not already done) Yes, I want to enable DNSSEC for my administration .
- Click on Details for the relevant domain and select DNS Records .
- Activate and save DNSSEC above.

4. Two DNSSEC keys are now displayed.
5. Now go to Details for the relevant domain and select DNSSEC settings

6. The two keys must now be entered using Add key . Then switch on Enable DNSSEC and save this.

7. Setup is now complete.
Enable DNSSEC with external name servers:
- Request the two DNSSEC keys (DS records) you need from your DNS provider. If the provider does not support DNSSEC, DNSSEC cannot be set up.
- Log into your myhosttech customer center, go to domains> domain center> DNSSEC and click (if not already done) Yes, I want to enable DNSSEC for my administration .
- Now go to Details for the relevant domain and select DNSSEC settings.
- Here the two keys must now be entered via Add Key . Then switch on Enable DNSSEC and save this.

5. Setup is now complete.
