How do I (de)activate the hosttech notifications?

To do this, please log into your myhosttech customer center and click on “Customer data” at the top right of your profile. In the new view you will now see the “Notifications” menu item on the left.

Here you can activate or deactivate the notifications for the following points:

  • fault reports
  • Maintenance work
  • offers and news
  • agent program
  • Server Checks
  • security issues
  • exceeding performance limits
  • Login from unknown IP address

At the bottom you have the option to turn off all notifications, but we don’t recommend doing this as it also affects notifications about bills.
