Spam filters are automatically activated on our hosting servers.
We have a central system that takes over the function for all our servers.
Accordingly, you do not have to activate it, but you cannot deactivate it either.
It is also not possible to create your own rules. Our system learns from this how you deal with the mails.
The more often you move e-mails from the inbox to the spam folder, the greater the chance that our system will automatically create a rule with which the system will then automatically move similar e-mails to the spam folder in the future.
If an email ended up in the spam folder by mistake, move it to the inbox and reply to it. Our system then also learns from this action.
