How can I change the email address stored in the account?

You can update your contact email yourself at any time in the myhosttech customer center. Please log into your myhosttech customer center here .

Click your name in the bottom left and scroll down to Personal Information . There you can change the main email address. Optionally, additional, different e-mail addresses can be stored there for receiving copies of invoices or for technical information.

Make sure that your contact details are always up to date, as these are decisive for the contractual relationship. By default, invoices are sent by email to the email address stored in the customer profile. Outdated data can mean that products cannot be extended in a timely manner due to open invoices. This can result in the deactivation of services and the non-availability of services.
