You are welcome to change the control panel of your hosting. Please note that a server change is necessary for this. So if you want to change your control panel, please follow the procedure below:
- Order the new desired product (web hosting) via our website and use your existing account
- You will receive the invoice for the newly ordered subscription.
- After successful receipt of payment, we will activate your new product and you can start transferring your data.
- We have explained how the migration can be carried out in a separate FAQ article .
- Contact our customer service within four weeks via the ticket system in your myhosttech customer center with the completed form, which is available for download at the bottom of this article.
- As soon as we have received the form, your previous account will be deleted (and with it all your data and emails). The migration of the data must therefore already have been completed.
- The proportionate annual contribution to your previous account will be credited to your next annual statement.
