Confirmation emails and PDF invoices are automatically generated and sent via the shop. In order for the complete information (such as contact details and account details) to be displayed here, this information must be entered once.
To do this, please log into your Website Creator, go to the Modules tab and select Online Shop . Put under settings> General settings the basic settings such as currency or stock management (inventory).
Then go to online shop information to enter the contact and account details there. You can also enter the shop name, general terms and conditions, cancellation and shipping conditions and upload a logo as an image file.
Please make sure to save the changes.
