The video URL is required when inserting a video. In the settings of the video element (cogwheel icon) you enter the URL resp. the link of the original video into the field provided for this purpose.
On YouTube or Vimeo, copy the URL of the video at the top of the browser or click on Share. Share and copy the link there.
