How can I create a subclient in Reseller Web Hosting with Plesk Controlpanel?

Before you start your hosting business, you should define what packages you want to offer to your customers. Through the Plesk control panel, you can organize, streamline, and simplify operations using service plans and subscriptions.

The service package defines the resources and services you want to offer to your customers (for example, a hosting package with 1GB of disk space, 50GB of traffic, etc.). Of course, you can create several packages and thus offer different hosting packages if you want/need them.

When creating a customer, you then select one of the service packages. The created customer subscribes to this package, so to speak, which contains the necessary hosting resources. Thus, a subscription consists of a set of resources and services that are combined into one package.

A typical workflow to start servicing hosting clients in Plesk looks like this:

  1. Create one (or more) service package(s). To do this, you can use the wizard in your reseller interface under Service Packages > Add Package . During the package creation process, you will be prompted to specify various package parameters such as Resources, permissions, hosting parameters, PHP settings etc.
  2. Now you can create a customer to whom the service package will be assigned. To do this, go to the reseller interface at> Add customer . Enter the customer’s contact information, set username and password, and the attributes of the domain associated with the subscription. After that, select the service package and click OK.
  3. Plesk assigns the Customer the permissions to log in and use the Services belonging to the subscription.
